What is an alias?

An alias is an additional email address attached to your existing mailbox.
For example, if your main address is [email protected], you may also have:

All of these deliver mail into the same inbox.

How Marco uses aliases

When you write a new message, Marco lets you choose which alias to send from.
When replying, Marco automatically uses the address the message was sent to—so your conversations stay consistent.

Marco doesn’t create or manage aliases itself. They must be set up with your provider, but once they exist, Marco makes using them seamless.
